Why Does My Head Feel Like It’s Vibrating Inside?

It is possible that strain in the neck is to blame, as this can cause the trochlear nerve to get compressed. It is a really peculiar feeling, and it is frequently accompanied with a gentle buzzing in the brain and the neck. At other times, it seems as though the muscular spasms in my head and neck are sending vibrations throughout my entire head and neck.

It is believed that the same factors contribute to the development of tremors as do internal vibrations. It’s possible that the shaking is simply too slight to notice. These tremors can be brought on by a number of illnesses that affect the nervous system, including Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), and essential tremor.
