You may take it easy by going for a stroll in your neighborhood, the nearby park, or some of the level nature trails if you want to get some fresh air and exercise. If you want to make things more difficult, you might go hiking on a nearby mountain or one of the more difficult paths in the area, or you could stroll about the neighborhood while wearing a weight vest or a bag full of stuff.

If you truly don’t feel like working, it’s okay to occasionally simply follow that feeling and do something else that’s thoughtless but still necessary for a bit. This is especially true if you’ve been feeling particularly unmotivated to work.
